  • Cravings!! Ugh…today was tough. Craving sugar, pastries, donuts, everything, sweet. Fought off the cravings all day. Tonight. I had to drive my daughter to an event and it took everything not to stop and get a treat on the way home instead I made this pudding protein hack that I saw online. Half a box of Jell-O, free chocolate pudding, and half a protein shake. Made two servings. I put a little bit of low-fat whip cream on top and it was delicious.
