For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

14.5 hours into today’s fast. Woke up less bloated than normal. That’s pretty cool! Can I ask what you all are using as your go-tos for tackling this - nutrition, exercise, etc.?

  • I’m going a less popular route right now, but it’s been working amazingly for me. I’m doing a whole food, high carb, low fat vegan diet (I’m vegan for moral reasons so not being vegan is not an option for me). No beginners pain/struggling like with low carb, no crazy cravings, no hunger. I eat a buttload of food at every meal and so far I’ve lost 18 pounds since I started around the end of January. Take a look at my awesome huge bowl for lunch today!
