  • Today’s five servings of fruits/vegetables

    Broke my fast with a late lunch with 2 small apples and 1 banana.

    Dinner: grilled homemade tortilla with homemade ricotta spread on top, one tomato sliced, and smoked chicken sliced on top.

    After dinner I was still hungry and ate one more very large tomato with a little sea salt. Didn’t take a photo of dinner all assembled but I did take these two photos
