Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • We're about halfway through the game! Woot woot! Hopefully you are on track and dreaming of ways to reward yourself for progressing towards your goals.

    Have you identified milestones to celebrate? For example, after losing x amount of weight or after improving fitness. What are yours?

    Do you save your winnings for 'fun' things? I would save mine for items I coveted that would also support my goals - like a new Garmin. :)
