For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I feel like I’m doing everything right. Exercise. Keeping calories in a deficit. Water is a struggle but improving. Sleep. No coffee. No salt. And yet I can’t lose. I asked my doctor to do some blood work just in case something else is going on. But I’m stubborn and I want to keep trying
