Tasty Tuesday:
Food is very important to me. I need to have a good relationship with it. I love eating and do not want to feel deprived. I am always on the lookout for healthy recipes that also taste good! What's your favorite go-to recipe?

I love a spinach salad with sautéed shrimp, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, hard boiled egg, and a spicy sweet honey mustard vinaigrette. It's both colorful and delicious!
