Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    How's everyone doing? Today is the first day of the second half of the game - it's flying by! Check in with yourselves and be honest about what is working for you and what isn't. Sometimes we need to try new things to figure out what works best :)

    I decided to try a new recipe this weekend and I'm so glad I did! I made these "no-bake energy bites" and popped them in the fridge to grab when I want something quick to snack on. They were pretty simple to make and they're tasty! I'll link the recipe here:
