  • Happy May Day/ Lei Day/ International Workers’ Day/ Workout Wednesday.

    May 1st always feels like a special day. Spring feels like it is here to stay and summer break is right around the corner. It feels like joy and happiness.

    One thing that brings me joy is listening to music. Do we have any dancers in here? An easy way to get the heart pumping is to throw on some jams and just move. No routine necessary. You could totally Zumba if you want to though. To bring in the new month, let’s try a fun dance-based circuit.
