How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This one is going to be a toughie! I've got to get to 203.5 from 212. I haven't broken below 210 in over a decade. But I've lost 39 lbs so far, I'm not going to let another 9 stop me now!
I still can't run, so that isn't helping. I thought my metarsalgia had chilled out, but noooo, I couldn't even walk my dog. I have ordered some custom insoles that are supposed to address it. Cross your fingers for me. In the meantime, I need to find an alternative, preferably healthily active, method of stress relief. Maybe I can make time to kayak more now that it's warming up..
Also, I just found out I got into grad school. I'm going to have to work my butt off, so maybe some of that will be literal? lol

Congrats on grad school! Work on getting solid nutrition and some kind of exercise routine in place before you start and it will make it was easier! I ended up my heaviest after 2 years of grad school. Just didn't have time for as much activity and failed to get a good nutrition routine in place.
