How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Respawn time. Pretty sure my character just tried to attack a situation way past my current skill level. Going to go make some tea for the evening and work on some serious self care. Already feeling back on track. Have you hit a wall, what are some ways you go around/ over/ through it?

In the past when I last lost a lot of weight, about 6 months in, I hit a plateau. I ended up doing a bunch of reading, and according to several sources (Mayo clinic, etc) that's very normal. Between all the reading, I came to the conclusion I needed to change my goal for a while. So for 3 months instead of focusing on losing weight, I started trying to get stronger. It really helped. I can't tell you what happened or that I swapped back because I ended up injured (unrelated to working out). But I did lose inches and some pounds. I did bodyweight & combat-oriented workouts for the most part. (from darebee) Good luck and don't let it get you down!

It's like I have to flip a switch sometimes when I'm tumbling down the rabbit hole! So I make a couple of swaps and a plan. This is so important to me right now, as I'm sure it is with everyone. I can't image going back to 100 pounds heavier! PinkNinja, I love Darbee!
