How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Your body is your worst enemy....I was up 7 lbs from last Wednesday's weigh in, and I can honestly say I only had 1 cheat ... with a bag of chips. This is nothing new for me . I have seen being up 5 pounds over night...then the next day be back down...I think my goal this month , is to only jump on the scale once a week, instead of every day...its too discouraging .

It’s totally normal - did you know that your weight fluctuates from 4-7lb in a single day?

It can be hard to get out of the habit of daily weighing and I’ve recently started weighing more frequently than once a week-and generally if I’m looking going >.< I concentrate on drinking enough water and throwing some more veggies on my plate - but if you’re looking and it’s more than yesterday compare to a week or two weeks ago and focus on the trend rather than comparing two very close figures…
