For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hope everyone is coming in strong today! If you reached your number, you feel so proud that you figured it out and stuck with it. Take a moment to celebrate. You changed your life.

    If you didn’t, you still showed intent to take care of your body by joining this challenge (don’t take it for granted! Some people don’t care). You also still probably learned a lot, right? I’ve lost over 100lbs over 3 years, but I can tell you it was 12 years of failures prior to that. I even regained 44lbs at some point during, which was devastating. Every time, I learned about where I tended to fall off the wagon (ordering out was the weakness, too drastic of lifestyle change) and what made me feel stronger (being enrolled in a workout class, whole foods only). The combination of these lessons helped me figure out what I needed to finally stay consistent. That’s the main thing. Be proud of the progress you did make and keep. Trying. You can get there - I’m an example of that despite many nights of self doubt.

    I’m proud of everyone in this challenge. Go into the new year with your head held high.
