  • Hike to Teuchlspitz, Carinthia
    On July 19th, I completed a scenic hike to the Teuchlspitz in Carinthia, overcoming approximately 800 meters of elevation gain. The tour consisted of two sections:
    • A 5.91 km morning walk starting at 07:48, with an average heart rate of 109 bpm and a pace of 35:05 min/km, taking 3 hours and 27 minutes and burning 1,661 kcal.
    • A 5.11 km afternoon section starting at 12:28, with a slightly higher average heart rate of 113 bpm, a pace of 31:30 min/km, lasting 2 hours and 41 minutes and burning 1,019 kcal.

    The total distance was over 11 km through beautiful alpine terrain. The highlight of the day was attending the annual summit mass (Gipfelmesse) at the top — a special and atmospheric tradition in the mountains.
