For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am almost 3 months postpartum with twin girls and I have enjoyed all the food people have brought me but I am gaining weight now and my joints and body hurt. I know taking sugar out as well as processed food and this won’t hurt my milk supply. Being part of a DietBet will keep me accountable. I have about 30lbs to go and hope to slowly lose and keep my supply with healthy eating and anti inflammatory foods. I also think this will help me be intentional about drinking more water and not grabbing for snacks whenever I feel like it. I want to eat more protein and fiber to keep me full and move my body to start getting strength back as I feel so weak but still have to carry a toddler and 2 car seats so I need my
