Yesterday, after work, i walked to the pier and back. Took 10 minutes and enjoyed the ocean view. Listening to the ocean calms my brain. Itโ€™s a mile each way. Short walk but always worthwhile

When Iโ€™m at my sisters (which is often) Iโ€™ll chase her little pup around (she loves it). Iโ€™ll put her in a stroller and walk her around the downtown area where they live. Or Iโ€™ll walk 2 miles each way to a store just to get outside for a bit.

Ooohhh, that sounds wonderful! I love the sound of the ocean! There's something so calming about the sound of the waves, big or small. And a 10 minute walk is a perfect reset between a busy day moving into the evening. I really like your strategies to get enjoyable movement!
