Yesterday, after work, i walked to the pier and back. Took 10 minutes and enjoyed the ocean view. Listening to the ocean calms my brain. It’s a mile each way. Short walk but always worthwhile

When I’m at my sisters (which is often) I’ll chase her little pup around (she loves it). I’ll put her in a stroller and walk her around the downtown area where they live. Or I’ll walk 2 miles each way to a store just to get outside for a bit.

Ooohhh, that sounds wonderful! I love the sound of the ocean! There's something so calming about the sound of the waves, big or small. And a 10 minute walk is a perfect reset between a busy day moving into the evening. I really like your strategies to get enjoyable movement!

I am almost 3 months postpartum with twin girls and I have enjoyed all the food people have brought me but I am gaining weight now and my joints and body hurt. I know taking sugar out as well as processed food and this won’t hurt my milk supply. Being part of a DietBet will keep me accountable. I have about 30lbs to go and hope to slowly lose and keep my supply with healthy eating and anti inflammatory foods. I also think this will help me be intentional about drinking more water and not grabbing for snacks whenever I feel like it. I want to eat more protein and fiber to keep me full and move my body to start getting strength back as I feel so weak but still have to carry a toddler and 2 car seats so I need my
Muscles back!! Excited to be part of a group!

I am at the beginning of my new gut microbiome changes. Long boring story but after nearly 6 years of issues I’m at a point where my stomach feels good

This is my third challenge. I’m doing two others now. One is about to end. But those are long term. I wanted to remember to focus on trimming down as part of me reclaiming my health. I’m down about 25 lbs since i started my health journey earlier this year. I don’t have a goal weight. I have more of a goal health foundation. If i had to guess i have about another 50 lbs to lose
