    Im trying to shift my 'diet brain' which see's food as a treat/punishment to a 'normal' brain that see's food as nourishment and fuel for my body.

    That said, I sat down today to my lunch and by gosh its DULL ???

    WHATS THE WORST THING YOUVE EVER EATEN ON A HEALTH KICK?

    *I was tempted to ask you to guess what im eating! Miso and pumpkin soup with leftover spinach lentil dhal.

This morning I made a gross concoction. 1 cup Greek yogurt and a scoop of white chocolate peppermint protein powder. It was so weird tasting and horrible texture. I made myself eat it because my protein is 2$ per scoop and the protein yogurt is like 1.75$ per serving. I drank a lot of water with it. Other than that I just healthify my normal diet. Water instead of oils, protein/low carb versions of everything and less carbs and more veg. Works well for me
