- Help 😭 I haven't posted yet and feeling like if I post it might help my accountability, 'cause I'm struggling. I have a mega Kickstarter weigh in this coming week and I'm scared to even weigh myself. I weighed earlier last week and I was down about 4 lb, but needed down 5 more for the Kickstarter and I don't think I was disciplined enough to come down that much more. I don't even know if I'll make the goal for this round. But I need to get my act together and kick things up a notch. Life's just been handing me interrupted sleep, bad news and stressors like candy, and I wasn't coping great lifestyle wise. Especially the lack of sleep, it zapps my willpower, but had a really sick kid. Any empathy, encouragement, or tips in the face of poor sleep & difficult circumstances welcome. I love seeing how well some of you are doing and I know I should come on and engage this community more! Hopefully this is a good start.
