So I eat when I’m stressed or upset… it’s been a coping mechanism for a while. I quit drinking because I found that at times it was the same with that. I had a loss in my family and feel that need to eat… so. What are some of your favorite low calorie snacks that I can much on? I’ve done therapy and worked on this, but this is situational and outside of my control!
