For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Today is a busy day between work, kids, and a cat, so an at home workout will be the name of the game.

    What’s your favorite at home workout to follow? Do you have a go to that you check in on YouTube? Is there an app you use? I’m always looking for something fun.

I have used Beachbody for many years. My mom lives about an hour from me so 3-4 mornings a week, we hop on zoom together and do a workout program.
