How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I lost almost a pound this week and made my goal for my previous transformer. After missing the goal for round 2 & 3 last transformer, I’m so glad I didn’t give up.

My grand total is 72 pounds in 17 months. This will be my last transformer. The final weigh in for this transformer will put my BMI under 25 and I really feel I can get there and be “healthy.” (I started at obesity class 2 at 250 pounds.) It’s been a long slow road, and I love that slow and steady pace has allowed me make lifelong healthy habits.

I’m so grateful for the accountability and support, thank you. Good luck everyone!
