Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    As we head into this week, be kind to yourself and be proud of your decision to make your health a priority.

    A few tips for these final days (especially if you’re celebrating holidays!)

    Stick to your plan; don’t make any drastic changes
    Mindful eating - plan ahead, prioritize vegetables, eat slowly
    Keep moving - get those steps in! Go for a walk after a big meal.
    Be intentional with treats - just have your favorites, skip the rest
    Drink plenty of water. Limit alcohol.
    Get enough sleep (rest is so important!)

    Whether you're crushing your goal or struggling a bit, please keep in mind that PROGRESS is the real win.
