How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Wellness Wednesday-Rest & Sleep Edition

Don’t underestimate the power of rest! Sleep is one of the most important (and most overlooked) tools in your weight loss journey. When you’re well-rested:

✨ Cravings are easier to manage
✨ Energy levels are higher
✨ Workouts feel stronger
✨ Stress stays more balanced

Tonight’s goal: Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep.
Create a wind-down routine, put the phone away a little earlier, and let your body recover.

Remember — progress isn’t just about what you do in the gym or kitchen. Recovery matters too.

How many hours of sleep do you try to get each night?

Closer to 8.
I still watch my iPad or use my phone which isn’t good, but I set my phone on sleep mode from 10:30pm -7am. I’m a light sleeper so sounds easily wake me.

The sleep mode on your phone is a good idea! It’s easy to get stuck on those for a long time!
