How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Okay, it's Wednesday, and I started off pretty good by just having some coffee with oat milk and Splenda. I think the sweetener technically undermines a fasting state, but I like what I like. Besides three tiny dark chocolates, I did pretty well. Now I'm having a smoothie of frozen butternut squash, some power greens, a banana, some oat milk, vanilla, and again two Splenda for sweetness. I think I know. I might have a sweet addiction which I'm willing to tackle, but I needed to get to this point to admit to it, so here I am. I would like to say that I would be working out today, but I'm not sure if I'm going to make that with all the other things I'm trying to accomplish. So I'm a strong maybe. But I woke up early, and I got to work early, and I did some productive things at work, so I'm feeling good. And I think feeling good is the place that I'm trying to maintain. So I have an idea, now that I think of it of a workout I can do at home. Unlike last night where I overate dinner, I am going to be very disciplined and have a talk with myself about my goals and my purpose before I have a second and third helping of dinner. That's my update for the day.

great job and great reflection! “feeling good is the place i’m trying to maintain” definitely resonated with me.

I’ve just started intermittent fasting and oat milk breaks the fast too… so I don’t have any coffee till my window opens up. Took me a solid week to stop waking up feeling dead ? good luck!
