Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Monday everyone!

    As we roll into Week 3 (can you believe we're at the mid-way point of the game?!), let’s take a look at some of the things we do that may be getting in the way of our efforts to become healthier. I’m pretty sure we all have some unhealthy habits we’d like to break.

    For one week, pick one unhealthy habit you are willing to give up. One bad habit you need to quit. For one week. The next 7 days. See what happens :)

    Be persistent and consistent and be confident that you can rewire your brain! I'm not saying it will be easy, but I know you can do this!
