How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does this actually work?

Out of 1,039,224 DietBetters, 94.37% have lost weight during their challenges. Combined, they've lost 20,180,261 lbs and won $101,121,996. In other words...yes.

All results shown on DietBet are from actual users. Individual results may vary.

Don't take our word for it

This is the same for everybody that is overweight or obese like me.
If you lose some pounds and you get off track, you will get them back.

But let's think for a second. People that are taking weight loss medicine like Ozempic are being told, this is a lifelong thing meaning that if you get off the medicine, the pounds will return. So, I am wondering, why should be any different with what we are doing here at DietBet? If you eat better and less and you move and you rest, you will lose weight and keep it off. But this does not sound like a diet, more like a lifestyle.

What do you think?

Sorry, English is my second language and not really sure if my writing is a little weird LOL.
