How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Midweek check-in! How’s everyone doing so far?

If your week has gone perfectly, amazing. If it hasn’t, you are still in this. One off-track meal, one skipped workout, or one stressful day does not undo your progress.

Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is stop spiraling and simply reset. Drink some water. Go for a short walk. Stretch for five minutes.

Make the next choice a good one and keep moving forward. (I am a firm believer in this!)

Remember: motivation comes and goes, but routines are what carry us through. Keep showing up for yourself, even in small ways.

Little by little, it all adds up

My nutrition has been great this week! I’m really focusing on eating when I’m hungry and not just bc “it’s meal time”. But I have not been in the mood to workout!!! No idea why?!? ? I pushed myself last night to go for a 1 mile run, but normally I lift 5 days a week…

Usually I do well for lunch bc I bring my own. Was challenged this week with a work lunch. But I ordered a harvest salad and still felt full and great about my overall progress
