Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This week we are focusing on our nutrition!Tracking your meals helps you to see where your calories are being taken in. There a several free trackers available, like MyFitnessPal and Lose It, and even more paid trackers.

This week, try tracking meals if you've never done it before. Even just writing down what you are eating can help see what you're eating in a day.
