Blew my caloric intake today. Feeling run-down. Also still almost three pounds away from my goal, so I think I just lost my bet. :(
But it's been fun and I did lose weight and am back tracking food with MFP -- so that's a win!!!

The ride might have been fatiguing, also eating too much at once (as you call it - overeating - if it makes you feel stuffed) can make you tired. Also make sure you are getting enough sleep - most people underestimate how critical that is.
