Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning and happy Friday!

    Today is the start of my weekend so I have a list of adulting to do while the kiddos are still in school. Much exciting things like Costco and laundry ????? It all needs to get done, one way or another.

    While we all have adulting to do, we also need to stay focused on our goals. For me that means keeping up with my hydration while I run errands. I 100% have a water bottle in my car at all times to help me stay on track.
