Hallelujah! It’s the weekend! And while we all LOVE the weekend, it can be a tricky time transformation-wise. It’s easy to get out of our during-the-week routines, and breakfast—a meal that we’re usually trying to get in as quickly and as easily as possible—can be a little more difficult since we’re home... and any kiddos we have are home too. I buy Mush oatmeal from Whole Foods (Apple Crisp my favorite) and 1 HB egg. That’s my go to right now!

  • We do pancakes for breakfast every Sunday and pick a different recipe from the app each week. This is our ALL time fav though. It’s the Powell protein pancakes subbed with chocolate protein powder and topped with Walden farms calorie free chocolate sauce instead of peanut butter and tsp of sugar free dark chocolate chips. Kids call them triple chocolate power cakes.
