  • I needed to see this today. When I got on the scale yesterday, I was mildly shocked that I had gained weight and started the “woe is me” crap and “it’s never going to happen for me” crap. Had to look deep, be objective and realize that I have to keep going and be smart about it. When I reviewed last week’s food log, I see where I can improve (not restrict...there’s a difference). I’m also ill and haven’t been at the gym as much so I need to adjust calories accordingly, See...there it is...all the emo aside.
