For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Y’all. I missed the first two progression weigh-ins and was feeling soooo stalled and frustrated. But! I got back on my grind in late November and already got down to the end goal 10% and am continuing towards my next goal line! I’m so pumped I didn’t let the mid failures bring me down.

    Hoping this comeback story can help someone else who wants to give up.

Yay! After reading your post I immediately checked to see what plan you are following. I just passed the 6wk mark on the Ketogenic diet. I was afraid of the scale after skipping 3 workout days but I lost a pound anyway! Yippee I am officially Keto adapted! One more to go for weigh-in. You have inspired me not to skip my exercise this AM

Nice job, @kaybee! I have to admit I’ve been prettttty lax on the “keto”ness of my diet, leaning more towards calorie counting at the moment because it allows for more flexibility in some ways (although admittedly far less in other), but am still keeping it low carb. But I do love keto. Keep-o it up!!
