How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Super damn proud of myself! Just made round two. Got diagnosed with endometrial cancer mid-Jan and had surgery at the end of Jan. Exercise has not been a part of this month - just eating well. This has been a really tough two months so since I succeeded in them, I look forward to what is ahead! This success is new territory for me. Also, I've been one of the non-posting lurkers on here - thanks for the motivation! The photo is the day after surgery in the hospital. Life gives us all buckets of good and definitely a bucket of suck too. I choose not to be defeated.
