I've got a busy few weeks ahead in the final part of this Transform bet. Two trips to Belgium (from the Netherlands) to tell my story on an important stage - we could open up the Belgium market with this, write a lot of e-content and execute a big assignment we just obtained AND work together with a new partner. But... I'm sticking to my plan as much as I can. Round 5 goal in the pocket, now onto a strong final round!

My plan:
- carb cycling (Chris and Heidi Powell) 2 low carb days, 1 high carb, 2 lc, reset and hc.
- lots of water
- 12200 steps daily (stepbet)
- 1 - 3 times a week strength training and cardio at the gym

With this weight AND with our newest assignment I can FINALLY look forward to invest in a decent basic wardrobe. So much looking forward to that - after the way I dress has been clumsy and not doing justice to myself for so many years. This was a coping strategy for some nasty events in the past. No more! I'm gonna shine my ass off :).
