How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

BH if your goal was 15 than I think you’ll be ok. Some people loose a lot initially this is water weight you lost most likely. Make sure you are drinking enough water (I’ve been trying a gallon a day) and keep going the weight loss will slow down but you’ll see changes in your waistline.
If your goal was 15 than I guess 45 would be your max before you “lose” the DietBet. Don’t be discouraged if the weight loss hits a perceived stand still you are still losing inches you won’t notice it on the scale but your waistline will.
