How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm going backwards on the scale and can't wake up these past couple mornings. I need a good motivation. And not a trite hallmark card. Any real, working suggestions you can share?

Nice @Trish J.! My pre-baby weight is dropping 35lbs...that doesn't sound impossible! #target

My motivation is how good I feel when I take care of myself. Eating nutritious food , drinking water , and exercising cure my mild depression and anxiety. Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. My parents died in their 60s and it was preventable.
