Feeling a bit bummed that I probably won't make my 4% in the next week. Jumped on the scales for the first time since weigh in and my weight is exactly the same. I know by my clothes, belt etc that I have lost inches, but no weight.

Don't lose hope drink plenty of water and watch your calories

I have been stalled since the second week. I lost 51% by the end of week 2 and then NOTahING!! I got up yesterday to a mini Woosh only to have gained back .8. There is no way I actually gained. I have been working out- upped my water and tracking all the food. The only thing I could do is weigh my food. But it’s not practical to do that when you work. So I will stay the course. Not giving up!!! I have to lose about 3.5 lbs in 3 days. Let’s kill it together....
