For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • What a way to start off Memorial Day weekend! I got to participate in my first Murph Challenge!!! I had thought about only doing 1/4 or 1/2 but I completed the whole darn thing! Yay! I did scale the push ups, I did mine on a box and instead of normal pull ups I did ring rows, I also walked most of my last mile because my legs were so sore..lol still happy for how far I have come! 💪 ⭐Thank you for all who have served and did not make it back home and to the ones who made it home and are no longer with us.
    As always thank you to everyone who has served and the ones who are still serving!
