I have 5 days to lose 2.3 pounds. It feels very doable but for some reason I am having the CRAZIEST junk food cravings. Pizza is my favorite food ever invented (in high school I literally are either pizza/ pizza rolls or some pizza themed product every day). My second favorite is dark chocolate. I haven't had either in a couple of weeks now and I'm FEELING IT. I'm torn, normally I would say "alright it's been a while you can have a couple of slices and a few bits of chocolate tonight" to satisfy the cravings and move on back to my prepped food tomorrow, but with such little time left in the bet it also feels like I should probably try to hold off and reward myself after I win the bet. Gonna head to the gym and give it a think during my cardio, but I feel like even just expressing my food cravings makes it easier to stop obsessing over them so I just wanted to "think out loud" on here for a minute.

You are so close to the end! I would say just wait but I know cravings can hit you hard sometimes lol. I love pizza too. I have eaten the lean cuisine pizzas in the past to give me some satisfaction but without too many calories. Also, thin crust pizza is a good compromise since the carb content is lower and calories are lower than traditional. If you feel like you can control yourself, I say enjoy a slice!

  • I try to make healthy versions of whatever I'm craving. I made a cauliflower pizza casserole that was delicious!
