How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Anyone else working odd hours? I’ve been taking home call now about every 3-5 days for the last two weeks. Tonight I got home at 2am. Just in time to weigh in lol
I have the hardest time eating when I’m on call. This app has been amazing for me and totally motivating but I feel like since I’m avoiding fast food, I wind up just not eating on call days. Any suggestions for eating healthy on the go and at odd hours?
As you can tell I’m exhausted but happy to have met my goal! Just another ten pounds and I’m back down to my pre-residency, pre-baby weight!

Yep! I work odd hours every day. Seriously. My sleep "cycle" is beyond jacked up, but it has been for, gosh, almost 2 decades now so I'm IN some type of cycle. It's just the wrong kind.

So many will argue about the "healthy" part, but honestly frozen meals or snacks have saved me, and I have gone to a nutritionist and asked (it was about ten years ago). I have a lot to lose though and her main concern was that I was doing things that worked in that department more than, say, salt intake. Anyway, finding ones I like that are filling, like with lots of protein, make a difference so that I still eat, know exactly what the calorie count is, and have items handy. Veggies Made Great makes some good egg frittatas that are small, quick to heat, loaded with spinach and egg and come in at 70 calories each. They, along with steam bag edamame, have made things a lot easier.
