I’m on track to hit this goal, but it’s going to be close. I’ve been carb cycling and my high carb day is going to fall just before weigh in which is a bummer because I retain water for a day or two afterwards before the weight drops again. Hopefully it’s only one day this time! But I’m loving the effects of eating more, feeling better and losing weight. Fingers crossed!
