For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Before the 4th, I had lost 2lbs more than my 2nd round goal! I've never achieved a goal that far ahead of time. I also completed 30 days of no sweets!!! I have NEVER been able to do that, so I am really proud of myself 😜
I indulged a lot on the 4th and haven't been eating great since then, but today I am back to working hard and meeting my goals!!
I want to continue not eating sweets except for special occasions. I still crave them, but I noticed how much better I feel without them.

Also, other Beachbody people....what programs are you currently doing?! I'm thinking about starting either Liift4, Insanity Max 30, or Barre Blend. I can't decide which one to do!!

I just started 80 Day obsession and just finished MM100, BUT that new program MBF looks amazing! Have you seen the before and afters of that program? It’s crazy.

It had been a while since I had worked out without a gym, so I started Tony Horton's P90 (bought the kit on eBay)
The nutrition guide alone is worth the program, I can do it even without buying the expensive Shakeology (during the 6 day shred I replaced any full shakes with an Atkins shake)

P90 is good for anyone trying to workout who is just beginning, hadn't worked out in a while, or for anyone who is older or otherwise have any joint issues
