For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Anyone else notice how addictive sugar and carbs are??? İ made round 2 and have been mostly staying away from sugar, but bought ice cream and my cravings went through the roof for everything with carbs! 2 days later and I'm up a couple pounds! Good thing today is always the best day to get back on track!!!

Totally with everyone on the sweets! I’ve been “dieting” since Jan and my overall eating has improved a lot but sweet tooth still the same. Had been getting ice cream (a couple of weeks of heat advisories will do that) but starting to log all my food again tomorrow and likely no room for ice cream. I figure sometimes it’s good to have a break. Just not too often lol
