I have consumed only vegetables and water for the past 2 days but my weight has stayed the same. I’m drinking my 8 glasses of water and I bike everyday for an hour up and down hill at the least. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’m not really consuming salt because I’m adding seasoning myself to the vegetables.

Remember the suggested water intake of half our body weight in ounces is the bare minimum. Bust out more water!! How is your :poop:? You might need to throw in some FFCs also. Look at your tracker and change one thing each day until you figure it out We are all different so it’s hard for us to compare.

My water intake is almost half my weight in oz but I will ramp up significantly! That’s one thing I haven’t tried is to up my water, I have not had FFCs the past 3 days so I’m going to try that too. Bowels are inconsistent but I think water and FFCs hopefully should help with that. Thank you Jeanie!
