Today I didn’t have the best eating day. Gonna probably pay for it on the scale tomorrow. It’s been the 1st bad day I’ve had in a long time now (well eating wise...) afraid this will start to spiral into something worse. Help!!

You joined this dietbet for a reason and at least one reason is that you want to make a change. You can do it! I have so many regrets about one "bad" day leading to a bad month or year... "Starting tomorrow" to try to eat perfectly and having tomorrow continue to be delayed. Let's do it this time and now. Hugs.

I agree with the planning. Identify what *might* be triggers for the bad choices and have a response for when you think it's coming on. Like I text my friend and we make a date to go for a walk when I start to feel guilty for not doing the workout I wanted to do. If I'm feeling bummed about not being able to eat a junky food, I research a new fun recipe and write a shopping list so I can try it soon. I also definitely AVOID the scale when I feel the urge to weigh myself! I limit scale time to 2 specific times per week, always the same day, same time.
