Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I have been stress eating all my life. I used to beat myself up about it so much. Since I started doing Intermittent fasting my perspective on food has really changed and it has really helped. Since now my eating window is 6 hours, my onky real rule is to focus on that rather than everything else so sometimes I do stress eat but i am still proud because I am sticking to my plan all the same. It truly has been the kindest lifestyle I have ever had that still produces results. Jan 1st I started over however it will be the last. I intend to always to Intermittent fasting even if it's the lower 14-10 plan. Last year i had lost close to 40 lbs but gained it all back when i quit. My dog got hit by a car and I was a wreak. It was a long resovery for him but he is almost completely himself again. I am so excited to stay in control again.

I honestly love fasting. We’ve been doing it for thousands of years. Our bodies are designed to fast. It really is wonderful for our health.

I just started fasting. Getting past the tummy grumbling until 11:00am has been a challenge, but I'm doing it.:blush:. I started Sunday because we had last minute Christmas celebrations, so it's getting easier. I am hoping, like you, that I've found something that will work with my lifestyle.
