How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Yesterday was a difficult one as my partner learned he will soon be laid off. All I wanted was cake, and I live down the street from a bakery so I coulda made it happen. Instead I opted for a (tall) glass of red wine and a handful of chocolate chips. Only ended up 100 calories over for the day despite seriously feeling like I needed to indulge to help me feel better. Gotta celebrate a non-scale victory 💚 Saying no to emotional eating is something to be proud of. Food is fuel, not an anxiety pill.

Well done! Getting over emotional eating is such a challenge and one of my goals for the year. I really hope things start looking up and your husband finds a new and better job!
