How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All ActivityHas anyone joined the 6% in 3 months or 4% in 8 weeks ones? I'm wondering if they work like the transformer where they have rounds each month. Like if the 6% in 3 months is actually 3% a month for first 2 months and then maintain? Or are they all just like kickstarters where you just weigh in and then have to have it gone by the end? I emailed them but they only answered me about the flex kickstarter lol anyone in any of them or done them before?
I need a little extra motivation but not quite a regular kickstarter or transformer and seen as I got the membership with this game it sounds like I can join them.
There is a flex kickstarter starting tomorrow I might join that is like a kickstarter but you get 6 weeks instead and the full pot gets split instead of the fees.
