Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I am so disappointed in myself. I was doing so good, then bam, gained 5 pounds back. I joined another transformer on Sunday thinking it would help me to get back on track, but so far that hasn’t worked. Hoping admitting it to all of you will help me to refocus!

I like the “oh well” and move on movement... we all fall off now and then. And once we do get back we feel great. I never eat healthy or work out and think “man, shouldn’t have done that, I feel gross”

It’s great you’ve acknowledged it and are wanting it back. Zoom out and look at the big picture. Alllll the baby steps forward all along will be reflected in time. Myself included, we want change and victories right away. Hydrate and get back on the wagon and you’ll be back on track before you know it. Cheering you on!
